I became a coach in 2021 because I want to help people overcome barriers to change. As I started working with clients I realised that sometimes the change itself was not enough, and deeper self-reflected was needed before clients could incorporate life changes.
In 2025 I qualified as a counsellor and psychotherapist. I now have the skills to support clients with deeper issues, can help identify and facilitate change, and support my clients in different life stages.
I grew up in Denmark and moved to London in 1999 where I am settled with my husband and our two sons.
I have worked within large organisations in IT since 1999, within the financial services, charity and public sectors.
