This event is a 60-90 minute presentation with elements of participation. The session aims to normalise the feeling of not being good enough, helps participants to identify negative though patterns and how to learn more helpful ways of thinking to feel better about yourself and increase self-confidence.

The event identifies the difference between reacting and responding and explores why it's useful to know the differences. It's helps participants to understand how to be in control of their behaviour and communication, resulting in a more measured and considered approach.
This session can be run in smaller groups and one-to-one sessions with tailored coaching.
