Using a very simple technique called anchoring you can store those amazing states of feeling confident, excited, motivated, raring to go and access them any time you want.
Together we will discuss the thing or things that are not working out for you. Then we will talk about some times in your life when you have experienced complete confidence/excitement/motivation or whatever it is that will give you a more positive outcome and we still store that brilliant emotional feeling on your body, typically one of your knuckles or an earlobe, where you can access it easily in any situation.
